Welcome to The Website for The Stowe Valley Stompers. Not a German Oom-Pah band from Bavaria but an English Trad band from Suffolk (less travelling!). We play easy listening, Traditional Jazz in a Dixieland style as you can hear from a quick visit to our “samples” page where there are some short extracts from some of the more popular tunes in our “song list.” Our reputation is built around the fact that all the members primarily enjoy their playing and are able to share this enthusiasm with audiences large, small, young or old.
